Saturday and Sunday I have been spotting, do you count spotting as part of your regular flow? Or do you wait until you have a steady flow to start counting? My cycles have been so weird this year and most of them have been light like just spotting with maybe one day of a heavy flow. Just asking to see others opinions not asking for certain medical reasons.
Have you ever Been approached by someone asking for money in a parking lot? What do you say to them?

Tomorrow is my first pre natal they don’t do ultrasounds untill week 18 since I’ve been spotting for over two weeks you think it’s appropriate to ask for one to ease my mind
Getting contractions every 10-12 minutes and only walking eases it! Ahhhhh, this is officially it! Just want to thank all of you lovely ladies for everything, would never have been able to do this without you🤗💜

I count the first day of flow as cd1. Because if you chart and enter spotting , it doesnt end your luteal phase, it keeps going until u record flow.
