You will do fine. start practicing your breathing techniques now whilst they're not that bad and work out what positions you find most comfortable. will stop you panicking later.

Are you scared ? I was desperate go into labour with my son (he was 10 days late) but as soon as soon as my waters broke I was terrified and wished the hadn't 😂
