I had this swing when my son was first born last year but he never liked it I got rid of it when he was 3 months old

I do agree a 8 month old baby should be In this swing

Omg ! I have the fisher price one. Used it for my daughter and currently using it for my son... but I am still trying to figure out were exactly she reach out too! Wasn’t she buckled up? And I agree, I stopped using it once my daughter hit 6 months.. but still I am confused..

Poor baby! Hopefully they can reattach or even better if it was just skin lost that can grow- I honestly didn’t look at the picture up close to tell. Not blaming the mama but if anyone is reading this, 8 months is too old for a swing, unless you have a baby who has gross motor delays. Not saying it couldn’t happen to a younger baby though. 💕to the mom & baby. You know mom guilt is real and she is probably beating herself up so hard over this, though of course that won’t do any good.

Poor baby 😞. I stopped using a swing once she started sitting up on her own and wanting to be more active. I know there’s a weight restriction but aren’t you also supposed to stop using them by a certain age? You can never be too careful. This reminds me that I need to baby proof some areas in my house.

I had the Fisher Price bunny one and never had a problem, used it with all 3 kids.

I have it and had no problems but i do agree with the comment above by the time,my son was 8 months he didn't use it anymore,

If they recalled it why are stores still allowed to sell it that’s ridiculous

I had one and sent it back due to recall got a full refund

I have this same exact swing

We had this swing and my daughter loved it. She’s also 8 months old and I personally felt like she was to big for it so we packed it away now I’m glad we did.

I’m not sure what clip this poor baby grabbed. Can’t imagine how this mother is feeling.
