My 2 year old has a rash on her butt and on the creases of her vagina. Ever since I’ve noticed the rash yesterday she also spiked a fever. Should I be concerned? Or just keep applying rash cream and rotating Motrin and Tylenol? I used to be the mom who rushed to the pediatrician or hospital for every little thing and I’m trying not to freak out lol.
