If I go out I take my clothes off and put them straight in the wash and get new clothes on because pollen clings like crazy (I also have to do this every time I come from my mums as she has got cats!). They say keep windows closed if u can but it is impossible in this heat. Also to stay indoors as much as possible. And like @erincharlieconor said the vaseline around the nostrils does help if you go out and at night I sit with a cold flannel across my eyes to reduce swelling.. otherwise I would look like a frog with big bulging eyes 😂 xx

They say to have a spoonful of local honey a day helps? No idea if it works.

Cold flannel wipe your face, put Vaseline around your nose and eyes and repeat three times a day or as much as you need to xx
