I want a soda so bad but everyone said avoid them all 😭 ( I want a coke or Dr Pepper )

I drank sodas all 3 of my pregnancies but I did drink them in moderation

You couldn’t keep me from drinking soda cherry vanilla dr.pepper or vanilla Pepsi was my go to when I was pregnant thankfully I’ve been without a soda for 3 years now if I could just give up my sweet tea I’d be set lol

Just limit how much you drink

Go get you one! Most things are ok in moderation.

I had soda with my last pregnancy and this one nothing wrong with having them just moderate

I had a two litter everyday

I was told not to drink caffeine with my first and I didn’t have one drop. This time I have been having coffee I recently stopped because the way I make my coffee is super unhealthy lol so I need to find a better alternative. But caffeine itself is fine under 200 mg p/day.

Pregnancy is ab the only time I ever drink soda lol. It’s fine in moderation. I wouldn’t do a soda a day it’s super unhealthy. But maybe every couple days? A small one? Why not

One 12 oz soda a day is ok if you stay away from other forms of caffeine.

I drink a can or 2 everyday ( coke ) today is actually the only day I haven’t drank it

I still have my Dr peppers everyday!

I've been drinking sodas all through my pregnancy and baby is doing fine and healthy, just don't drink allot of soda in one day 1-2 cups of soda a day is alright just don't go over board with it
