I'm thinking if my baby is giving me so much pain in my lower abdomen to where I can hardly walk, should I try to use this pregnancy belt I have? I tried it on and I felt like I was wearing a waist trainer lol didn't like it. But I swear every walk I take I feel like she's about to fall out. NEVER have I ever felt this pain so early on!

Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.
Anyone have preterm labor? I got this unbearable pain in my back, worse that normal and I have had horrible back pain this whole pregnancy...then I started getting cramps super low in my abdomen...they felt constant but I was in so much pain they I didn't time them or anything. So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

Taping can help, I’ve found with maternity belts it takes practice to get them in the right place. My first one it took me almost a month of frustration before I figured it out. This time I had to get a new one since my old one is missing, it took me 3 tries to get it right. It sits front super low over my pubic bone because that’s where my belly ends, then back I need against my lower back so it usually sits across my hips on the sides. Then I use the extra straps to adjust for a snug but not remotely tight fit.
