Is it normal for a baby to go from having three hourly feeds to asking for two hourly feeds? He's three weeks old and has always had a feed every three hours but the past few days he's wanted some two hours later. He has 4oz, I'm just worried about over feeding him?

Opinions on hungrier baby milk? My girl is drinking well over 30 oz in 24 hours. I tried her with water inbetween feeds but she just won't settle in till she has milk as she's hungry not thirsty. She's awake like 18 hours a day 😭

He's probably having a growth spurt.. He won't over feed himself so just feed until he decides otherwise x

Yeah there’s a growth spurt at three weeks so don’t be alarmed if it goes back to three hours soon xx

George is currently doing the same. He’s gone from 3-4oz every 3 hours to 3 oz every 2 hours

Ahh, okay then ladies thank you, I was just worried because he's currently having to drink pre mades as I'm in hospital but he drinks two bottles at a time but then after two hours has another one bottle
