Ekk im excited for my SO he got a job offer offering $5 dollars then what he’s paid, and way better health insurance. His job now tried to offer a $1 more but couldn’t promise that they where gonna change their health insurance back to the good one. They switched it months ago to a place that doesn’t cover anything it’s so crappy.

My husband has a job offer but they don't offer benefits so we are trying to determine how much family plans cost so we can negotiate it into his rate. Any info you could provide would be helpful! What's the cost? PPO or HMO? High deductibles?
