Anyone else get bad headaches when their hair gets really long? Im sooo sad because I’m gonna have to get a haircut & it’s in the middle of my back. It’s been forever since I’ve had it this long. 😩

I never thought it was because of my hair! I never had long hair, until the last few years when I finally started letting it grow out and I get headaches sooooo bad now. My hair is also super thick too. Ugh I don't want to have to cut my hair for headaches I love having the long hair now.
I do too! Thick and abundant hair offer here. I have to get it thinned often to prevent hairaches ( headaches from my hair)
Try getting it thinned out some. That’s what I have to do when my hair is long.
That’s how I been feeling since I let my hair grow out when usually it’s shoulder length
The struggle 😩😩 my hair is SUPER thick also & I have it thinned on a regular basis. It helped at first but it seems like the longer it gets, the worse the headaches are 😩
