Need help ladies any ideas of what this could be. He hasn’t ate anything different and our mattress is brand new. Just noticed it not too long ago.

You could try a lotion and see if it’s eczema.

Could just be acne. My kids get it Every now and then. I’d watch it for spreading but if it isn’t bothering him I wouldn’t worry toooooo much ♥️

@whereswaldo, it doesn’t seem to be spreading if I point it out him he does touch it. Was wondering what I could put on it.
