It worked super well for me! The taste is nasty like black licorice but if you add honey and sugar and drink it while it’s hot, you won’t be able to taste the actual nastiness of it. I was pumping 2oz each breast then after I drank it I was pumping 6+oz each breast.
I tried this one and hated the taste so I didnt drink it enough to notice a difference,I would look up pink stork on Amazon they have some lactation supplements with great reviews! Or even just type in lactation supplements and theres cookies, pills, teas, even tinctures

I will have to add some flavor to it if I decide to get it. I cant drink anything bitter. And I hate licorice lol esp the black kind it stinks to me.

I drank it and it does work but it doesn't taste good... however, drinking Bodyarmor works just as good and it tastes so much better...

I love this tea lol I mix sugar or honey in it though. It definitely worked for me
