Unpopular opinion: some people use this app to just vent. To some, we are just strangers to try and get some insight or find someone to share the same view. If I saw someone come on here that posted nothing but complaints about their kids, I still wouldn’t tell them anything because I don’t know them. I don’t come on here to gush about my kids, I don’t even do that on Facebook. Doesn’t make me a bad mom or not care about my kids. I don’t need someone to tell me how cute my kid is, I need someone to tell me it’s ok to sit in my room for five minutes either the door locked while my kid is crying and banging on the door just cuz I want to actually lay in bed alone.

I totally agree with this post. Saying someone shouldn’t have kids is WAY over the top. Confronting someone in care and consideration is another thing if the person’s only comments about their child or motherhood seem to be negative.

Venting is okay. Complaining all the time, day in and day out, is a different story.
