How long did it take to get your period back from been off the depo shot ?? I been off of it for 3 months now

i got off depo feb 16th 2016 and i started having a period in march then was pregnant april 23rd 2016
I bled so much randomly for a while after that shot & only got it once.
I been off my birth control pills since April this year
Been having contractions off and on for about an hour thinking should I go to the hospital .
Its official. Ive been laid off! This has never happened to me.
So I've been for another scan and they've confirmed there's defo no heartbeat 😭😭 just waiting on going to theatre now :( worse day off my life
