Doctor said if I don't have the baby by my next appt (in 5 days), they'll be scheduling an induction. I haven't dilated anymore than I was 10 days ago. So I'm still 3cm and 50% effaced. Walking will not help induce me considering I work at lowes and have been on the floor my whole pregnancy, so I walk 10,000+ steps a day. I run up and down stairs idk how much with having two toddlers. TMI my SO and I have had sex 3 times, and only the 2nd time did I get a good bit of contractions. I've been on my back everytime because of my back pain.
Did you have a membrane sweep at all? I had 2 with my 2nd pregnancy and I swear it did some good, and the day of or after depending on the level of comfort I was at, my bf and I had sex and I was usually always on my side towards the end and he was behind me. I tried to have sex with him as much as possible whether it felt like it did anything or not. When you and your SO had sex he finished inside right? I know it's an odd question but sperm is what helps the cervix thin out and dilate so they say.
2/3 times he finished inside. I haven't had my membranes swept yet. She hasn't even brought it up. Just done a cervix exam to see how dilated I am.
@ejwsmomma120215 membrane sweeps usually have to be requested so if you get the opportunity I'd ask. Thankfully my doctor suggested it to me. It's basically just like a cervical exam but a little more aggressive I'd say.
Good morning ladies. Sorry I been ignoring yall but I have been so miserable the past days I'M STILL PREGNANT my contractions would be strong for hours and it looked like I was gonna have a baby then everything just stopped so I got sent home. they said I have to wait till my appointment Wednesday so I can talk to my doctor about the next step. I HATE THIS 😢😢😩

So excited, been wanting one of these for the longest time, I used to use my phone to track my walking . Now I️ don’t have too, I️ got my Fitbit 🤗 as soon as I️ have this baby my workouts are back in action 💪🏻
Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.

Me and my princess first time getting epidural and I’m numb from legs is this normal i can’t walk good yet
I had my IUD removed 6 days ago and my anxiety has been at an all time high!
Anyone ever have this??
Squats, bounce on birthing ball, eat pineapple! They say doing stairs helps too but Idk
