Can y'all drop your favorite diabetic friendly meals in the comments? I'm getting bored of the rotation and Pinterest seems to keep reposting the same recipes with different pictures or just a one ingredient difference. Wondering what other gestational-diabetic mommies are making. Bonus points if they're kid approved! I feel like I'm living off of lots of low carb veggies and meat lately and it's becoming increasingly boring.
