Meal prepped a ton of protien bites this morning. As some of you mamas know even though I'm 32 weeks pregnant I still meal prep.
Protien bites
• 2 tbsp of all organic peanut butter
• 2 tbsp raw organic honey
• 1 scoop of cookies & cream protien
(I use womens best supplements)
• 1 tbsp of organic cinnamon
• 1 1/2 cup of old fashioned oats
Mix all together in a mixing bowl and form little bites. Store in the fridge for a few hours until all ingredients form together and the oats become soft. Then enjoy.
