Did my clean eating meal prep today. It took 4hours 45mins to prep. Cook. Store. And clean. I made 14 breakfast meals. 7 lunch meals(for hubby's work) and 14 dinner meals. A long with 2 gallons of quinoa salsa for my parents and followed by not so healthy but my favorite sugar cookies. And let's face it. After all that. I deserve the sugar cookies! 👌🏻pictures will be in the comments that way I don't completely consume everyone's news feed! 😘

@levleah, that's a really good idea! I already have one but I can't remember what it is for the life of me!!! I blog posted about makeup and ECT and traveling!!! But I should really find my login info. And yes ma'am I'll try. I pretty much eyeball the wet ingredients tho. So I'll just give you a ballpark idea of them and you can touch it up to accommodate your taste buds! I'll message it to you.

@queendavis, that's awesome! Hubby is definitely going to the gym as well! So there should be a good improvement! (: and I shopped at Walmart and Aldi! And I'll look it up. I've heard about it but never did any research on it! And I'm okay with eating some starches and stuff. I don't mind. Plus baby needs to get nice and chubby(: but after he's born it will be back to breast feeding friendly and strict diets!

It's very worth it and clean eating is honest the only way to lose weight! My husband lost 20lbs in 5.5 weeks just by clean eating and he didn't even go to the gym once! It's awesome what a change in your eating habits can do!

Awesome! Couldn't tell in the pic :) sweet potatoes are so healthy but I just can't stand the taste :( and yes you are the champion! $100 is great for all that! I'm still bad about spending too much on food prepping. I need to learn to get the cheaper stuff lol. Also you should look up Paleo recipes on Pinterest or Google! Paleo is how my husband eats and it's basically clean eating. There's so many awesome and yummy recipes!!!

@mrsalston, try it now before its baby time. I'm telling you it's really simple! Just takes some time. And it's pretty exhausting constantly moving for that long but I don't have to cook or do dishes for the next 7 days! My husband gets a warm home cooked meal no matter how tired I am that day especially on the days I don't want to cook. It's so worth it! And Yes ma'am! @peanutsmommy1203

@queendavis, I prefer red potatoes over regular. Unless I'm eating an actual whole baked potato! I even prefer red potatoes for my mashed potatoes! Skin left on! 👌🏻

@queendavis, @jrose114 they are red potatoes. 😊 and the sweet potatoes! 😘 and it's super simple to do. Time consuming. But simple. Also this was only $100 worth of groceries. So that's about $2.15 a meal per person. Super cheap. And really even cheaper than that because the $100 included a crap ton of fresh fruits. And beverages and such that's not really included in the prep! I am the champion!

That is all! Also the stuffed bell peppers are made with ground turkey and quinoa instead of ground beef and rice. Enjoy! 😘😘

BOMB! Good job girl! Clean eating is the way to go. I prep all my husbands meals and our dinners as well :) a tip though, potatoes are high in starch so if you do choose to eat them, it's best to buy red potatoes! They're better for you 😊 keep up the good work!

Starting TWW. Anyone else?

I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
