Every since the twins came home, every night the average sleep I get is about 2-4 hours a night and I’m lucky if I get a nap during the day😒

Mine is too I think they’re going through a growth spurt they seem hungry all the time😭😭
Unfortunately that’s just normal with twins 😢 it was the same way when mine came home. By the time you get them both fed and changed and back to sleep, you have about an hour-1.5 hours before you start all over....

Exactly!! It takes a hour to feed, and don’t get me started if they’re both hungry at the same exact time .. but thank you I appreciate it 💕

Every time someone posts about their 6 week old sleeping through the night, I want to punch a wall. My 14 month old has slept through the night probably 5 times in his life. I'm fcking tired. He used to get up only once. Now he's up 4 - 5x a night. Honestly, idk if I want any more children. All I can think about is going years and years never sleeping. I'm losing my faking mind. I just need to vent. I’m getting really tired of these night sweats I’ve been getting for the past almost 8 years. I’m waking up several times a night covered in sweat. Last night was so bad I had to change the sheets. I’m to the point of tears every night. I’ve had all testing done and they can’t figure out what it is. It’s just awful. I’m so exhausted all the time from not getting a good nights sleep. It sucks
I hate the fact every night I lay down for bed I get heartburn 😩
The first 3 months were so hard. No sleep. But, 2 two year olds is killing me too.
