I feel very weak in my right knee. Almost as if I'm unstable. My last pregnancy with my daughter I was the same way, just not as much as I am with this pregnancy. Is that normal?? I get migraines also which I've been dealing with for 8 days now and I know that could be a side effect from the migraine but yet I usually don't get that kind of migraine. Could it be how the baby is positioned or something. Or low calcium, iron??? It's extremely irritating when I have things to do. I feel it gone after sitting down for a while then when I get up and start doing things it's right back and I just can't.

headaches can be either dehydration or blood pressure issues or just plain normal pregnancy

I've done alot of research on migraines vs headaches. I've had a problem since I was 10. So I've basically lived with them. They are the most horrible pain. It's a chemical imbalance in your brain. I haven't figured out what it is myself and neither has any Dr it's very frustrating. But I do agree dehydration definitely will cause a headache. Migraine, I'm not sure. And my blood pressure has always been good. But also nutrition plays a huge role in it. I'm not the best at eating healthy all the time. But even when I try to eat healthy for a few months and do everything by the book. I am constantly getting migraines
