-Shred 3 cooked boneless chicken breast.
-Sauté 2 diced Roma tomatoes and half of a diced onion.
- add the shedded chicken and cook everything together for a few minutes (add salt)
-warm up the tortillas.
- add the shredded chicken and a little bit of the shredded cheese and roll up the tortilla.
- once the fluatas are all rolled up dry them in cooking oil until they are golden brown.
The sautéed tomatoes and onions add taste and the cheese helps keep the flautas moist.
- top the flautas with shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, guacamole, sour cream, queso fresco and salsa.
