What does everyone do for pain in labor??
I had anesthesia with my first. Got a migraine with it that k could sleep off before the actual labor and I was fine after just couldn't walk really for a few hours. With this last baby I had anesthesia but also a few other meds that I needed to help with inducing. That one was difficult. But I wasn't feeling good through out and almost immediately after my daughter was born I started getting a migraine and it turned into a mini stroke like migraine where I was dizzy, nasueas, blurry vision, couldn't walk, numb a little, hard to talk and when j could talk couldn't really understand what I was saying. All till the middle of the night. Nurses didn't even know what was wrong with me. But then a few months ago I had to get a tooth pulled and a moler pulled. I went in 2 different times to have them done at different days. Both times gave me anesthesia and made me very similar that night I gave birth to my daughter. Now I'm about to have another one and I desperately don't and can't have it like that again. Those were the worse experience of my life when I felt like that, plus j couldn't take care of my daughter when she was first born. It was just horrible. So avoiding that I'm going to try to do but still need options on pain reliever. I'm terrified of giving birth natural

i have had 2 epidurals for vaginal and 2 spinal blocks for c sections. my 1st vaginal they gave me something for pain that didnt take it away but i didnt care that it hurt if that makes sense idk what it was. but i have heard some hospitals do laughing gas, epidurals,spinal blocks, regular pain meds. after both c sections they gave me morphine. but i didnt do well with the spinal tap on my last c section and i started feeling everything and they had to knock me out. it was scary and i ended up with a spinal headache. i woke up an hour later and was taken to my room where my husband and son were. i ended up back at the hospital because i had to get two blood patch epidurals to fix my spinal headache it was a pretty bad expierinece. so im kinda worried ill have to go through that again in october when i have this baby. i am hoping to not have a c section but im not sure if my drs gonna allow that
