Babies come when they are ready. No matter how much you walk, how much sex you have and what you eat. NOTHING WORKS, just coincidence.

@missheatherbaby, If I reach a 4 our OBGYN will bump up our csection from April 8th when we see him tomorrow. So I’ve secretly been pep talking my cervix today warning it that it better not be dilated haha

What the hell?? Do NOT try and dilate more. Go lay down and relax and try your hardest to keep that baby in. You’re only 36 wks 1 day!!! That’s premature labor if you have the baby now, not to mention the baby probably isn’t ready for the outside world and would benefit 100% from staying in there! Please please don’t try and dilate more.

As a labour an delivery nurse I completely agree. Best to let him/her come when ready. 36 weekers commonly have struggles I’ve seen it on the regular.

I was 4 cm with my daughter Memphis for 3 weeks nearly. Nothing worked she came when ready lol

I was 5cm 75% effaced at 37wks and she was born at 38+2 best of luck dear
