I don’t think this app should allow teenagers who aren’t moms on here. I’m all for supporting teen moms 100%. If they’re already moms they should be here. But I also am about empowering women and supporting them in the work force and in education. We didn’t burn our bras and fucking run this nation while our men were fighting a war just to be set back and have no skills! Come on ladies! Being a mother is the most important thing a woman can do. I get it. But why would you want to settle down immediately and get knocked up before you can even legally vote?

What’s is gonna happen if the bread winner baby dad leaves or dies? You just have to wait around for the next man to raise you and your kids?

Fuck that. Where are my god damn feminist?! We owe it to ourselves to have a skill for a back up, to depend on nobody!

I’ve seen girls on here TTC and when I was their age I was still sitting at home with my parents playing barbies..it legit scares me. If my daughter Memphis was trying to have a baby at 14,15 or 16 I’d be in serious intervention mode wondering how I’ve failed her.

I think I was sheltered as a teen because at 16 I was not wearing makeup yet and still hanging out with my moms on weekends and going to LGBTQ rallies lol

I don’t think I’ve ever posted a picture of my little Memphis Avery but she is a pretty rad 6 year old lol her hair game is strong😆 But yeah if she was TTC in ten years I’d literally feel like I failed her. That would ultimately be an epic fail for me..I just couldn’t imagine.

Yes!! I was a teen mom and it was very hard. I pushed through and still graduated and held a job and did the best I could for my son and myself but if I could have done it a little different I would have waited a few years

Okay I’m back. If someone is ttc as a teen then they’re doing it because something in their life is missing — usually love and stability with their own parents or in a relationship. A child should NEVER be brought into the world to fill a void or serve a purpose.

I get it y’all. We make motherhood look good. 🤷🏻‍♀️ it’s appealing when you see it online! I just got the most DARLING mother daughter matching Easter dress pics taken today. But I was able to drop the money. I wouldn’t have been able to do that a few years ago. I would have missed out on a lot or the fun things we do.

If you’re purposely ttc as a teen, you’re really selling yourself short. Live a little - go to school, get a job, move into your first apartment, buy your first car, travel, experience life. Sure, you can do these things when your kids are grown but don’t deprive yourself from experiencing the world in your teens & 20s.

I completely agree. I can’t help but feel they’re selling them self short start a family so young. The best years of my life where my 20s. When I just had to worry about myself. When I was able to party when I wanted. I did not have to wake up with a hangover to care for kids. I was able to get fired from my jobs without stressing about an extra mouth to feed. LOL this is why wait at to start having kids. I wanted to live a life with no regrets. And because of that I barely remember by 20s ha ha

It's not that you " can't say certain things " I still cuss and fuss here and there and we all have different views and everyone is fine. The only difference is the owner of the app doesn't tolerate Unnecessary picking and bullying. She supports everyone's opinions and differences & she even reaches out to her users to see how they're doing. Of course you run into bad ppl everywhere but it's very minimum there.
