Good evening sister I know how you are feeling I have the same feelings as well in the kitchen ehen standing so what I do is get a chair to rest my body and off my feet and try and continue my cooking. If you can sit and still cook it is well or just take break and rest for awhile than continue. All is well no worries just the body going through changes that is all.
