I'm 21 weeks pregnant I'm sitting here cooking all the sudden I feel my lower left back to my abdomen on the same side cramping up it's not a off and on thing but it's one of them cramps that sits there its crazy

Good evening sister I know how you are feeling I have the same feelings as well in the kitchen ehen standing so what I do is get a chair to rest my body and off my feet and try and continue my cooking. If you can sit and still cook it is well or just take break and rest for awhile than continue. All is well no worries just the body going through changes that is all. May GOD be with you always bless you until next time

Well it's 4am again...husband is at another bar. Told him at 1 I want to go to the hospital because of the cramps I'm having. He keeps turning his phone on to text on whatsapp but then turns it off. He won't answer my calls or texts. I'm sitting at home crying in pain. This is the 3rd time in less than 2 months and the last time was less than a week ago. I need to move back to Ohio. It's final.
