@neneeee, tiramisu is Italian. The flavor base is espresso, kind of like coffee mocha. Taro is a purple yam. I know it sounds weird, but it’s a popular Asian root plant that can be made into desserts. It’s a purple color but when made into a cake it often has a coconut type flavor.
