Do You Follow the Same Morning Routine Every Day?
Shower/morning routine. So I was listening to a comedian on the radio and he did a bit about how women wash themselves everyday/every shower in the same order. It got me thinking that I’d def do that. I was wondering is others were the same way. Also every morning my routine is the same. Like after I take my shower. I get dressed. Dry my ears with a q tip then do my face lotions. Then I brush my teeth, blow dry my hair and apply my makeup, if I’m wearing any that day. Every single morning it’s the same. Always in the same order. Sometimes I think I’m a little OCD. Are u ladies the same?

Crazy right? I’ve become such a creature of habit that everything has to be done in the correct order or it throws me off haha

Also I make my bed, if my kids aren’t in it, before blow drying my hair. But my kids are usually awake at that time and they lay in my bed so I make my bed when I make theirs and get their clothes for the day.

I think it must be a woman think. Idk I’ll have to ask my dh when he gets home from work today if he washes in the same way every time he showers haha

And mine is not just in the shower. It’s all morning until the kids are off to school. Wake up get coffee, shower, then go through my routine like I stated in my post. Then get them breakfast, make lunches, make a healthy smoothie for me. Then brush their teeth, get them dressed, do my stretches and off they go!!

Isn’t it funny. Now we all have to ask our Dh’s if they do the same as us!!

I know for a fact while showering my husband does because I shower with him most always. 😂

see I shower in the am and he does in the afternoon when he gets home from work. There’s little opportunity for that here or else I’d be all over that 😉😉

I do everything in the same way because it just seems like the most efficient way to get things done, but I am very much a creature of habit right down to using the same gas pump unless there is a long line for it. My coworkers call me Mr. Rogers because of my routine when I get into my office. >.<

Mr. Roger's Neighborhood, where he came in the house, took off his blazer and dress shoes and puts on a cardigan and tennis shoes. :) I do the opposite. Go in, take off my jacket and street shoes, put on my scrub jacket and white athletic shoes (you can never keep them white if they leave the building), set up my desk... It is the same routine every day in exactly the same order.

Haha right. Like one day I couldn’t remember if I shampooed my hair. That was when my youngest was a baby.
