Update: In my ultrasound they saw a second sac and it’s separate from the babies gestational sac and it’s inbetween my cervix and the baby. It’s small and it’s also filled with blood. They believe that’s what is and has been slowly draining and why I’ve been spotting for so long. My hcg is super high (126,400) so they also suspected etopic but they confirmed its not ectopic. Feeling like shit trying to remain positive.
