If your married and you husband supports you financially when he get money back from taxes are you supposed to get some of that money too ?
Idk we barely get anything back. We usually buy something for the house. He does put around $500.00 in my account each month so I don’t have to ask him for any money. He pays all the bills and buys all the groceries. So that money is mine to spend on whatever I want or need. So it’s not an issue with income tax bc I get when I need and want.
It's up to him if he's the only one working, unless you have some kind of arrangement where you share his income.
That is a personal decision to be made by each individual couple, but I agree with PP. Even if you don't actually get any in hand you should both have a say as to how it is used.
I mean I guess it depends on the people but it’s always “ our” money, regardless whos making it we support each other.
