ladies I need advice. So I’m going on a cruise in a few weeks and if I’m pale like I am I will get sick/burnt from the sun if I don’t have some color😏... is it safe to tan in a tanning bed before going? Has anyone done this?

The heat can harm the baby mostly even being outside with the sun directly on your belly can be bad.. 😭
You cannot use a tanning bed while pregnant, it's so bad for the baby
I use this also and it’s amazing. Tanning beds are just so bad for you! However, it will stop you from burning and doing it for a couple weeks isn’t that bad. No cream will stop that.
Last week was free spray tan week!!! You should have gone 😂

his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
