Is Johnson’s products safe to use? Heard something about it cause cancer, is this true? What do you use?

cams Fun fact: aveeno is owned by Johnson and Johnson. 😅 We stay away from that brand. They

ladies I need advice. So I’m going on a cruise in a few weeks and if I’m pale like I am I will get sick/burnt from the sun if I don’t have some color😏... is it safe to tan in a tanning bed before going? Has anyone done this?
