Ladies what can i do honestly i been very stressed out😞😔😓 i had my son on Feb.18th & I have 2other kids a 4yr old & 1yr old & is very hard i am breastfeeding & don't want to go into postpartum depression ☹😔 honestly feel like i do have it but i get very mad & frustrated my So hardly helps me & is hard to do everything on my own.. also i get mad at my 4yr old all the time & i feel so bad because i love all my kids so much is just is been hard having no help at all,my mother has 2 jobs & not able to come & help me my Mother in law she only helps her middle son bc he is the only one that is more with her🙄 so she can't help also & i just don't know what to do to keep myself calm i know is hard right now i'm hoping for things to get better soon

I had my daughter feb 8 so I know how u feel I get very stress out I have a 16 month old as well and I get worn out a lot even when I lack on sleep my husband he helps but imagine it’s not all the time or even good at time

You have a lot going on and are probably getting very little sleep trying to manage it all. Please be kind to yourself. Ask your SO for help and be specific with what you need. A doctor can help you with PPD. It’s understandable you would feel overwhelmed with a newborn and two other kids depending on you. Would your mom be able to take one or two if your older kids for a night on a weekend to give you a bit of a break?

Thank you hun. & i do ask him for help but he seems to not want to collaborate :( i wish he would help by atleast if he sees the dishes are dirty to wash them but No! He can't even do that.

Awww! It's definitely hard when u feel like you doin most of it by yourself. Sit dwn and tell him wat u need help with. Allow ur other kids to help out. They may enjoy it. Let them go get bottles diapers anything u may need. Good luck.

Thank you hun. I do tell my 4yr old to help me out at times but sometimes i get very frustrated & start yelling at him & i feel so bad😔 i love all 3 of my kids so so much thats why i feel bad to feel like this.

Postpartum is pretty serious I hate the doctor but it sounds to me like you’re already probably at that point where you should go see help even if it’s just a therapist I wish you all the luck and if you need to talk just message me

@claudie_02, keep me updated they will probably try to shove antidepressants down your throat but for me personally I’ve tried them all and NONE worked I had to start taking anxiety medication to see any results

no they won’t there’s safe medications and not safe medications, the way it was explained to me is some medications pass through your breast milk while others don’t

I'm sorry you're going through this right now. I only have one and sometimes I get very overwhelmed and stressed out because I'm pretty much to do everything myself as well. I'm always here if you want to talk you can message me anytime. Maybe you can talk to one of your friends to come over and help you out watch the two older kids so you can have a little break.
