Well y’all my aunt flow showed up today & I didn’t expect her to for a few more months. Breastfeeding mommy’s I heard horror stories that milk supply disappears when your period comes. Is this true? What do I do 😩

Mine never did. I notice sometimes my son was a a little fussy but I just put on breast more and fed more often.

if you feel like your supply is going down , you could always pump : 10 mins break 10 mins pump 10 mins , every hours ish ‘

No it doesn't. Mine started about a year after I gave birth and I breastfed another 6 months after. Also got pregnant while breastfeeding
