Guilty... I didn’t post it on here but I said it yesterday. What I really mean is a trial separation. I’d rather vacation with him and have fun but last year when my mom paid for us all to go to the beach in a $13,000 beach house me and him didn’t spend any time together at all. We didn’t even get along. I thought he’d at least relax a little being away. But no. He was on the beach or in the pool or hot tub while I was taking care of our toddler. If I went outside he went in the game room. Not everyone has pleasant husbands. And I’m not complaining, it’s my choice to stay or leave. It’s just not something I can do right now. As far as women that just want to get away, no. I’d love for me and my hubby to get along better like we did in the beginning or when his family isn’t interfering. It was perfect then 😍

We have been married 10 years, together 12 and sometimes I need a few days away from him. Lol 😂I love him dearly but everyone needs a break once in a while. 🤷♀️

Nope. I’m one of those people. I need a vacation away from his ass. I’d even take 1 with the kids and without him. But ideally my dream vacation is alone by myself, on a beach, piss drunk the entire week. Then I can return home and be the perfect mother and wife for 5 more years, by which time I’ll need that vacation again.

@girlymamaa, yes! One time we went to a resort like a. Hour away , it was so beautiful and very cabin like ! And we had a beautiful room and it was winter so they had this indoor pool room it was so big and super hot so it felt tropical and they had water falls etc we legit went up and down the water slides like 50 times! It was so much fun
@mrsmord, that sounds amaaaaazing!! We flew to California one year for my birthday and stayed in the wine country... omg! We ended up going to an arcade and had a blast! Ugh I miss him every time I leave the house without him 😹 I can’t imagine a vacation away from him
I need some alone time here and there for sure. But an entire vacation? I would never want to go on one without my husband and kids. They make them fun! They make the best memories!

To be fair I completely enjoy and value my alone time too. But at home the only time I'm alone is when hubs is watching the kiddo.

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls.
