3 months smoke free 🚭

I had to. I’ve been smoking for 7 years! The amount of money I wasted was ridiculous. At £10 a day for 7 years that’s £25,550. That’s almost the deposit we put on our house! The amount of holidays we could have been on with that kind of money makes me feel so sad.

I had to make a change, I stunk of cigarettes, the money, my health, everything. I just woke up one day and thought right, I’m done!

Vaping has really helped me too x

fair play to you! We wouldn't save that much because my partner smokes and he doesn't want to stop, which makes it even harder for me to cut them last ones out x

That’s the worst part, when your partner smokes too. I found it so hard to quit when he was still smoking, so I made him vape with me! 😂 x

Well done for quitting cold turkey! I vaped during my pregnancy with willow and the second I gave birth I was sending jay to the shop for a pack😂 with Jaxon I smoked for 3 months, then quit completely. Longest I’ve ever quit. Then as soon as I had him, I was so stressed because of the complications I started smoking again. Never again 🙅🏼‍♀️

you've definitely got past the worst part now! I think if I drink I will end up having a few but as long as I can keep it out of my daily life I'm happy. 😊
