It all depends on where you live. It’s allowed, but oily fish should be limited. But again, it really just depends on where you get it from and how it’s prepared
I avoided raw fish, it was a risk I was not going to take. I also did not drink coffee as well.
I am choosing to stay away from any sashimi. I am still eating sushi but only cooked ones.
It's the Mercury in fish, is why you should avoid it. Or limit it to 2x a week. As far as I know , it's safe 🤷

I have had raw fish. I don’t have it often but as long as the place is clean and a place I trust.. 🤷🏼♀️
I wouldn't do it but im sure in other countries like Japan they still eat it so i dont think you'll die lol but i wouldn't chance it lol

Fake crab is cooked so it is fine.
I’ve been told there’s been studies that prove it’s fine in moderation.
