I have soreness after every sitz bath. Did epitosmy and forceps labour. I hardly did sitz bath and now it burns down there. I have hemoried aswell. Please help.
Just curious.. When did you ladies first have sex? I had just turned 18 when I did.
I just stepped out of the bath and when I did some water or pee or something came out. What could it be? Could it have just been pee or water from me taking a bath?

Had the same for my 1st .. it burned for a while even after just baths with water. It sucked .. but does go away.
Freeze pads with aloe and witch hazel .. also get a witch hazel spray for after potty.

Did you get any Dermoplast from the hospital? That helped me a lot. If it's really unbearable, you might want to talk to your doctor.

I dunno if we have that in Canada. Our hospitals don't give it to us.

Dermoplast is an American thing. Everyone keeps recommending pads frozen with witch hazel and aloe. There are also natural ones with a cooling sensation that you can order from amazon made by a company called the honey pot company and they are reasonably priced!
