House for sure. I’ve driven nice used cars all my adult life and never understood why people bought the nice car before the nice house. Houses almost always go up in value and a car loses value every mile you drive it so why finance something you won’t gain any equity from? You buy the house first and keep great credit so if you do have the means and ability to buy cash or decide to finance the nice car you get that 0% APR for sure.

House all the way. I never understood those people that drive around in Mercedes Benz but go back to a studio apartment...a car is a depreciating asset. A house if done right is most likely an investment.

What your favorite physical attribute? Like what do u think is the best part of yourself? For me it’s my arms and legs. My arms are cut and I have nice muscular arms, but not too muscular, and my legs I’ve always had nice long legs. So what’s yours?

Recently sold my 17 year old car to buy a 13 year old car and could care less about it. If it gets dinged up it’s no sweat off my back. Definitely would like a nicer house though
