Nope. I’ve heard too many close friends cry about not being “normal” for society or wishing they could change who they are. Society is so fucked up!! We aren’t living each others lives, so we need to respect every human is 100% different from the next

No. 🙄 People who “choose” aren’t actually gay. My 17 year old uncle went through a phase where he kept insisting he was gay when he was like 14. Lo and behold he’s never been with a man, only women, and he only ever said that stuff and acted “gay” around his mom to piss her off. 😒

Some people definitely choose, don’t get me wrong. But there’s a lot of people out there that couldn’t possibly be attracted to another sex other than the one they’re attracted to.

In my opinion, it varies person to person based on how they interpret relationships with others, how much they value certain aspects of those relationships (sex, for example)

No. You can’t help who you are attracted to, everyone’s brain and heart is different. Many people are raised in strict heterosexual households and are disowned and turned away when they come out. If they had a choice in the matter, I’m sure everyone would choose the path that made their lives easier. Not the path that made their own parents, friends or family shun them. That’s a hard thing to cope with.
