Hey ladies today is the 5th day sense i had my son & my milk supply still have not show this is baby #3 for me & feel very sad bc i didnt have no issues with my other two besides this one.. i let him be on ky breast as much as he can to get all he can from both breasts & was wondering what can i do to help my supply show faster or was going on 😥😔😔 he does not actually get full so i have to be feeding as much as i can but my nipples hurt cause he latches very hard.

I had the same issue. I upped my water and pumped for 5 minutes after every feeding. Plus keep him latched as much as u can. Use nipple shiwlds if ur nips need a break -hang in there . U got this!
I recently went from like being able to pump 5oz+ of milk to 2oz and barely that 😞 I listened to different things I could try to boost my milk supply and these are things that helped me!
- Drink plenty of water
- Lactation cookie
- Mothers Milk Tea
- Avocado 🥑
- Bananas 🍌
- Power Pumping
- Skin to Skin with baby and keeping them on the boob
@claudie_02, when I had my daughter she wouldn’t latch and I was in pain because she kept trying but due to her latching wrong I was in pain. I expressed into a cup and like spoon feed her just to get her to eat a good amount. I did this until I went home and I began to pump. After a couple days you began to see your milk will began to come in pretty good. Also try nipple shields and nipple balm for soreness and cracks.

Keep drinking lots of water and doing what you are doing. More baby latches the more you will regulate and produce

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. Why Are Many Women Unaware of Their Own Anatomy?
the amount of women who are clueless about their own anatomy is so sad and shocking. a lot of the women are older than me and have more children then I do 😳
now I understand that everyone has their own opinion on the topic and grown adults can do whatever they want with their bodies but to deny facts and make up false statements about your own anatomy when it comes to your unborn child is just so disappointing.

I am into my 15 week now
But since last two days am not having good feeling....I just feel something is wrong inside wid d kid...all my symptoms r too less
Morning sickness is gone....Metallic taste of my tounge is also less....and I feel pain in my abdoman twice or thrice which is very minor though
What should i do i am very confused
Already have gone through 5 scans because of changing gynec
Just feel that untill i hear the heartbeat or see my kid i wont b ok....got sleepless nights
