I thought about that too but I never had the experience so I decided I would do one this time for my son hopefully it will turn out good

I planned and brought all my stuff for my baby shower. It’s hard and stressful I know it is but hopefully it will pay off when you get to have your special day.

Why isn’t someone doing it for you? I’ve always thought showers were planned by someone else.

@joeywiththegoodhair I didn't have one with neither of my girls but this being my first boy I wanted to have one just didn't have anyone to plan it so I decided to do it myself

That’s how I had to do mine with my first two . I didn’t have one for my third because I’ve found they’re a total waste of time . I barely have friends and family and all three showers the only things I got was diapers and clothes which for all the stress and aggravation wasn’t worth it . I know that sounds greedy but I needed help with the things on my registry which no one even looked at .. so it landed me spending money I really didn’t have just to have to spend more looking for all those items I needed . This time around I did exactly that.. I kept my money and spent it on my baby and got everything I needed . Anyone who wanted to get us gifts did so without me needing a whole shower .
