Which birthcontrol Do yall recommend?? I'm not active but dammit the cramps I can't stand it. I want to start it before mother nature rolls back around lol

The pill worked great for my cramps, and I got them super bad
The depo pill? Did you have any side effects from the pill
@mommyof2blessings. Nope just regular birth control. It was ortho tri cyclen. Had no bad side affects either. Helped with everything. Gave me clear skin, no cramps, shorter periods and I always had a regular cycle

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
I'm on the patch absolutely love it
