I’m having a conversation with a friend as I sit here and write this and she is 20 weeks pregnant smoking a cigarette bout the 10th one she’s smoked since she has been here today.. meanwhile she is complaining about her boyfriend having a few beers on the weekend.. I am in total awe. She has a precious little life inside her and I’m sitting here unable and I am so angry lord help me today 🙏🏼

A lot of people don't realize how destructive it is. A lot of women struggle to quit and some just don't care. Maybe you could nicely discuss it with her and offer to support her trying to quit.

I did i was like I’ll buy you whatever you need to quit. She said she smoked with her first the entire time and she was ok.. she said she quit energy drinks and she thinks that’s enough
