Hi moms! Is it just me....but when my daughter gets up at 2am and fusses to be put back down in her room. Do you give in and let her/him sleep with you?
I always let my children come to my bed at night because giving them the comfort they need has always been more important to me than sleep training them trust me I have six children and they eventually do stay in their own bed and you would be surprised at how soon they choose to stay in their own room. Especially when they’re younger. They grew inside of you never being separated from you for nearly 40 weeks and in some cases over 40 weeks so I assume they’re accustomed to the comfort of being near you. This is just my personal thoughts and how I do things. Everybody finds what works for them best
@mamamegan, No, usually for about 15 minutes. He likes his own space so he’s usually fine if I leave once he’s calm. If he’s really having a tough time sometimes I’ll actually sleep on his floor. I just don’t bring him in my bed.
