The one we want to finish the basement on was built on a freaking Cliff this is the second house we looked at that’s been built on a cliff and the other one we went in and it was a disaster inside like you couldn’t give it to me free and I and I fell on the last house two times in the snow sore now I’m still on top of it. I think buying a house is going to be worse than buying a car and I hate shopping for cars but we’re gonna hold out for the right one we don’t need to leave our home we just want one floor living.

@oceanhalo, you can ask what they have in stock and you can pick the size. All of my projects have been from scraps from a remodel we were working on. I’ve got a ton of wood just from that. I just know they can cut wood to a specific size for you.
