A lady at Walmart called my daughter a halfbreed! & then............proceeded to ask if the one In my stomach was also a half breed! My daughters(3y/o&32weekspregnant) are both (black&white&latino)

The first time I ever hit someone without being hit first was in a Walmart parking lot. My first child was 1 and I was pushing her in the cart towards our car and some lady came flying at us. Had I not moved with super speed she would have ran over the cart with my child in it. Needless to say I got very upset and said something like b**** . Lady comes flying out of her car saying " f*** you and your n***** baby". And turns to walk away. Yea, she ate some pavement. I couldn't believe someone could say something so hateful to my beautiful little child, and at the same time was happy she wasn't old enough to understand. Gave me some time to work on a game plan for when these kids are old enough to understand how someone could not like them for the beautiful color of their skin, and how I would explain it. People suck.

She may not have meant it offensively depending on her age or race.
However some people say rude things sometimes, if you think half breed is rude you haven't heard some of the things myself and people of my family have been called. Being multiracial or having multiracial kids, you should know people are going make comments you may not like. Don't let that affect/upset you. Brush it off.

Thanks everyone , I tried to contain my self being 8 month pregnant and all. SO just told me today that as he was walking out of her line just to be a smart @ss he told the lady he was taking his black @ss home to fornicate with his white ass pregnant wife! Haha he said the look on her face was priceless!
I actually had a friend who was part black part Hispanic & her baby's dad was black and white. since the moment she found out she was pg she would constantly remind everyone how her daughter was going to be SOOOO beautiful because she was gonna be a HALF BREED. as far as I know that's still how she refers to her. a half breed. ridiculous!
Tbh this term is quite common here and I used to hear it a lot when I was younger. I get that it's offensive now that im am adult. That lady is probably just ignorant and had no idea it's rude. u should've explained to her that the term is offensive because she probably still has no idea why you responded that way lol
It's kind of common in the jersey/Philly area to hear someone say that. One girl I know even has that tattooed across her chest (how classy right?). I don't think she was intentionally trying to be rude but then again, I wasn't there with you. Mixed children are beautiful.

I wonder how my side of the family is going to react about the baby being "mixed". My SO is half mexican half black. They really don't know my SO other than what I've told them and to me I don't think it should matter what race he is! I can't stand judgmental fools :/
wow I have never experienced this to that degree as OP. But iv had people say stupid stuff about my husband and im sure they will about our son when hes born. Im white and hubby is native american they call hubby a "apple" indian red on the outside white on the inside.. I dont get stupid racist a****** s!

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
Majority of people are now 'half breeds'. Unless you're a total inbred, you're mixed with something!
