Everytime we departed and landed I bawled my eyes out. My husband asked why am i so scared? And I said- if you know you will die in a minute how would you feel? 🤦🏼♀️

Some people have an extreme fear. My mom has to take meds to fly due to how horrible her anxiety is. She's one of those who claps because she's happy to be back on the ground.
Well she suffers severely . If that helps her cope

I always thank the pilot and the FA but that clapping and cheering is annoying as hell. lol
