Genetian violet is the only home remedy I am aware of. I would never use something like peroxide in a babies mouth 😳

We used a q-tip dipped in peroxide for my daughter when she had it and it worked great, took a few days but it worked! Obviously don’t soak it to where it’s dripping in her mouth but dip and then rub around the area 3-4 times a day until it’s gone
