My little one has had this rash show up every time after eating Mott's no sugar apple sauce absorbic acid added. Which is considered generally safe for babies in low amounts.
I thought it might be the chair since she has rubbed her head against it and gotten it before. Along with rubbing it against other things too like fabric. She has had this rash from heat before too.
But definitely today she got this without rubbing her head.
I'm going to make her real apple sauce nothing added soon to see if it's actually apples! Because she really enjoys eating it. No fussiness, no swollen tongue or difficulty breathing. No bowel issues. She isn't overheated either.

My baby is constipated:( I give her breastmilk and baby oatmeal that's all some apple sauce but she didnt poop today my poor little babyyyy 😭😭😭😭😢

My sitter used cottonelle wet wipes on my baby! Now she has huge rash!!! I totally get that my SO forgot to put the wipes in her diaper bag. But she could have told one of us and we could have brought her some or she could have went to the store and I could pay her back. I don't get it. She buys her clothes and toys, takes her places while I'm at work. The store is literally a 5 minute walk from her house. But she decided cottonelle wipes are ok? Ugh. Rant over.
My August baby decided she wanted to be a May baby like her big sister. Madison Noelle was born on Tuesday, May 24 at 3:50pm, weighing 2lbs, 13oz and 14". Homemade apple sauce, no abscorbic acid added, no red reaction! She got this reaction to homemade strawberry food though. Too bad because she loves strawberries! But will have to wait until later on when she can communicate better on whether the rash hurts or makes her feel warm. She doesn't seem to be bothered. But later on when she speaks when can know for sure.
